" Hiring Bellagio Granite and Quartz for our remodel was a huge mistake. We needed floors, countertops, and shower tile done by May 18, 2025, for our move-in, but it was a disaster. After hours, we found my husband?s tools missing and beer cans everywhere?one made into a smoking pipe. We told Francisco, the manager, who shrugged it off. Tools were returned, but it set a bad tone. The shower was a mess: they mismeasured the wall, leaving a gap they hid with a flimsy tile strip. We found they used caulk, not thin-set mortar, which is wrong and risky. Their second try cracked a tile by cutting it dry (should be wet) and they asked if we?d use it. No way! By May 18, no shower. I had to babysit their third try?they skipped waterproofing and surface prep. I translated via phone to make them fix it. Done May 21, they demanded $500 extra on top of $12,000. We refused. Work was okay only because I watched them. Despite some good reviews, Bellagio was sloppy and unprofessional. Avoid them."

"CHI has done an excellent job for me and I recommend them without hesitation for any remodeling work. Here's why: My job started out with an entry door replacement, evolved into a pantry expansion, and finally finished with an entire kitchen countertop replacement. "Would dodge the question when i asked for a contract and never wrote one out, broke 2 of my lighting fixtures (they replaced these), 2 window panes (they replacedone with plexiglass which is plastic and denied the other one), got paint everywhere including my front steps, left a truckload of garbage after saying they'd remove all of it, left asbestos everywhere, destroyed $500 worth of crown molding by cutting it wrong, and left beer bottles that they were drinking on the job in my sink. I'm afraid to have anyone work on my house ever again at this point."
