"They completed the job in one day and more importantly, scheduled the work to be completed the next morning after arriving to perform the estimate. We had a serious roof leak - water was pouring down the chimney and the stain on the ceiling was growing larger. This should have been fixed under our warranty - the roof was replaced 3 years ago.
