"Absolutely great. Courteous, professional, and honest. We have a leak in our Florida room but have plans to replace the entire thing in the near future. They explained our options including a temporary DIY measure to stop the leak until we move forward with the replacement (since replacing the Florida room would include redoing the roof). Jim Hernandez, the owner came and gave me the estimate and was also present to supervise the job during the two days it took to complete. That was an important factor that I wanted, to insure a good job, and not leave the details to his workers.  Jim was very friendly and presented himself in a professional manner.  It was a pleasure working with him. He even came to the house on a Sunday to work out the details of the contract.  He was also very concerned with the weather and kept us posted of the conditions as to when he should start the job.  

I wanted to make sure that the roofing contractor that I used was fully insured including workers compensation on his employees, and Good Neighbor Roofing had all that.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wanted a good job at a fair price.
