I've never run faster to the computer to complete a review like I did this morning. A few weeks ago, I noticed my main garage door seemed to be a little sluggish when it was opened or closed. Several friends and neighbors suggested calling Master Garage Door because they all had excellent experiences with their team. When I called the office, the receptionist was very nice and able to find an appointment despite my chaotic schedule. This morning, I received a call to let me know the team would be able to arrive a little earlier than my appointment. Joshua was amazing! He noticed the problem right away and explained how it could've possibly happened, as well as ways to prevent it from reoccurring. I mentioned that my second garage door was not responding to a remote and in a matter of seconds, he was able to provide me with a new remote. Joshua also quickly programmed the buttons in my car to open that door. I am overwhelmed with the professionalism and respect that Joshua showed during my appointment. At our previous home, we had a terrible experience with another garage door company that used multiple scare tactics to oversell me on repairs. Master Garage Door is unlike any other company I've hired and will be the ONLY one I call and refer family/friends/strangers to when their garage needs some attention. "Choosing Mr Window to replace all of my windows and doors has turned out to be one of the biggest regrets I've ever had. As stated in other reviews, Ryan the salesman is done with you the minute you sign a contract. Pony, who is a so called manager is a weak, condescendingly rude person who is great at excuses and poor at follow through. What was suppose to be a simple 2 day project has turned into weeks with no completion or resolution in sight. When I first signed onto this project I was going to pay cash. Something in my head kept telling me to use the finance offer so I had the finance company on my side should something go wrong and then just pay it off when everything was done correctly. Best decision ever, because things went wrong fast and the finance company is on top of it. Mr Window lied to the finance company by claiming the job was 100% done only an hour after arriving to my home. They then claimed that I am just a difficult customer looking to get something for free, which I'm not. I've not asked for anything except for what I ordered and paid for. Every person that I have talked to at Mr Window has different excuses, but always sheds one more ray of light on the true picture. The one door that they have repeatedly claimed was on back order, was actually never ordered. (Thanks for that information Brittany!) now it's expected arrival isn't for another month. When considering windows, doors or any other project, please steer as far away from Mr Window as possible."

"Buyer Beware! Owner came to house and sold us. We explained we need HOA approval before we can move forward, So don’t do anything. His short term memory doesn’t remember that conversation. We even have a witness. He deposits our check. HOA does not approve the screen and we want our deposit back. He says too late, he already made the screen, which we told him don’t do. Too bad he says , I already made the screen and put you in the line for installation. We gave him $1000 deposit. (nowhere does it say nonrefundable) He says I’ll give you half back when he clearly is at fault DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH LONNIE AT COOL BREEZE."
