The initial bid was very competitive and the job was completed "on time and under cost."   i.e. no cost increase.  Bryan Castro's team of skilled technicians were always on time and did superb work.  The space was always left clean and the men were courteous and well spoken. Each and every small detail and issue was addressed professionally and fully taken care of before the job was considered complete.  We very strongly would recommend Bryan and his company to any future customers -- they do super work and we are are very happy with the results of their work in our home.  Bryan also was able to provide good advice that helped us with feature decisions and we are very appreciative of his help in that regard --- he has a schooled eye.

"Contacted the vendor through the listing.  Had a time constraint and needed to get the worked done by the end of the year.  Vendor was extremely flexible and worked with me to get the installation scheduled to meet my needs.  Vendor even had a special on labor which they happily allowed me to use.  Electrician arrived on time and seemed professional but also seemed a bit new.  We discussed how I wanted the new wires run through the garage and judging from his responses I thought he understood what I wanted.  I left him to his work and went back into the house to take care of some things.  When I checked on him about an hour later he had run the wires across the bottom of the rafters rather than the path I had discussed.  As nicely as I could I explained that this was not what I wanted and he began to explain that he didn't have enough wire at that point to change the path and didn't seem to see what the problem was.  I explained that I could have done the quality of installation he did and that was why I hired an electrician to do it right.  At that point I started to get some attitude and decided I would let him complete the job and call the office after he left to share my concerns.  I talked with the office and they agreed to send him out again to correct the issue.  The same electrician came out a few days later to correct the problem.  Same guy, same lack of understanding, same quality of work.  .  He made some minor modifications but it was not the installation I wanted or expected from this highly rated vendor.  At this point I had other more pressing issues to attend to and just gave up.
Here is the thing.  I understand that this was a rush job.  I understand the vendor was doing his best to accommodate my needs.  for these things I applaud them.  What they didn't do is provide the quality they where known for and failed to listen to what I wanted even after explaining several time to the electrician doing the work and the office.  In this situation it's all about me.  If what I want is not what we discussed or what you quoted, tell me and let's discuss revised pricing.  Unless there is a good reason not to,  do what I want, the way I want it.  It's that simple.

"Joe Kincaid was a pleasure to work with and made several great suggestions to save us money. He and his entire team were organized, professional, and punctual. Kincaid made a project that for us was rather large and complicated, easy and almost effortless. The finished guest house is beautiful! We also had a new counter and cabinet installed in the main house with a new dishwasher installation. "The house we recently purchased was in a bad shape and required a lot of upgrading work and improvement or in other words… It was a total mess. The wall paper was bad and peeling, the light fixtures were ugly and bad, the appliances were total mess and the floors needed to be replaced in the entire house. We contacted Cielo Construction to take over this remodeling project and to bring my house to a modern house condition and now that our house is finished (after 3 months of daily work by several teams of workers) we are extremely pleased with everything they did. Tom and Oren (who were in charged on our project) did an amazing work with starting with the way they ran this project, the way they managed the people and the way that Cielo construction handle all the rest. When they completed the remodeling and left the house, we were very pleased with the entire experience. Magnificent company to work and deal with. Thumbs up."
