Examined whole house to see if other work needed to be done - he invented nothing more than what we wanted. Everything was done within a week, we didn't need to be there. Advised before pay, examine and if issues he'd come out and repair. Very satisfied, have already recommended to next door neighbor who saw him working while we were away. Would not hesitate in calling for his help again."
