My initial call was answered immediately by an answering service and I received a call-back later in the day from Todd, who scheduled a visit to my home a few days later to review the details of the project. They completed the repair efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. We had some spare shingles left over from when the roof was put on originally, and they were able to save us money by using the materials we had. "It went very well.  The owner, Richard Farina, suggested using an "architectural" shingle, which is heavier and should last for 30 years as opposed to 20 for most other types of shingle.  They installed Grace ice and water shield up to a distance that we requested. <br /> <br /> We had one small leak this past storm on the front porch from the front corner of our bedroom dormer.  They were very responsive and came back the same day called and applied additional caulking between the roof shingles and the siding shingles, where a gap had been created.  I was pleased with their prompt responsiveness."
