"The owner came and gave us the quote, and fit us into their schedule. They arrived promptly and were very professional. It was a two day job and they cleaned up after themselfs and left no mess. "Michael was so helpful. "The tech arrived between the hours stated. I was able to call him to find out a better idea of what time other than between 3-8pm. He wore a mask and shoe caps was very polite and helpful. He was unable to fix on the first visit because he did not have the part available but said he'd be back on Friday. I called him on Wed since I was off work to see if he'd be able to fit me in. I received a call back and he was able to do the actual repairs then. The dryer works again wonderfully. I did request from Choice if he'd be able to inspect my duct work and check out my fridge but Choice ever got back with me."
