"I purchased an AL coupon. Service was scheduled promptly. On the agreed day the installer called and asked to come early which was fine. He arrived at the newly agreed time and In only 2-3 bourse was able to install two wall mounts and TVs and hookup the various input sources and in one case run power and video cables through the walls for a clean appearance. Excellent, clean work done most efficiently. Great value! Thank you!

"After several attempts, he did show up. I was surprised that he had a boot on his foot as he had been injured and he told me he was fine. Getting up and down the ladder was somewhat cumbersome for him. He had mentioned that either his cousin or brother usually is with him but couldn't be there. Although he was unable to get the egg residue off the windows, the house is clean. I now need to hire someone to clean the windows."

"Initial contact with the office to schedule and purchase the "deal"  (3 guys for 2 hours and a 16' truck) went smoothly and found the two employees who helped me on the two different calls I made to be polite and helpful. I got a confirmation call at the end of the week for my SUNDAY move date, which was good.  Our move was scheduled for a 12-2pm window. I was told I'd be called when the movers were on their way. At 1:45pm, fifteen minutes before the end of that window, I called the office to make sure everything was still happening. I was on hold  because "customer service was helping other customers" (or something like that) for several minutes and then it went to voice mail.  I called about every 30 minutes thereafter, hoping to get through to an actual person but realized that it was Sunday and clearly nobody was in the office. So, we just waited and hoped they would eventually show up. We had worked hard to pack and organize everything and needed it moved.  At 5:06pm I got a call from the driver saying they were on the road from the last job and would be there at 5:45pm, if that was still ok....nearly 4 hours after the END of my window. We needed to get it done, so told them to come! The 3 men were polite, efficient and did an excellent job. They weren't exactly apologetic nor did I receive an explanation for why I wasn't given a courtesy call to say they were running late. But, at that point, I just wanted to get the work done and I wanted it done in my 2 hour pre- paid time, without going over, so I didn't want to engage in a discussion about their lateness. I really have nothing but good things to say for the work they did, but I sure find it unprofessional not to give the customer a call by the end of the scheduled window to say  that they were going to be late.  I said in this review I'd use them again, but only if the work being done was on a business day, so that I could call the OPEN office to get help if there was a problem. The cost was very reasonable, the men were polite and efficient, so even with the lateness issue, I'd probably use them again for a similar job.

In a previous I had mentioned that they did not return my request for an appointment.  We finally got on their schedule and they did a great job (as far as I can tell - can't get on my roof)  The men doing the work were very nice and courteous.  The one thing that bothered me was again communication related. They showed up 5 hours before my "window" and I wasn't home. Someone else was home and they did the work, but they should have attempted to reach me on my cell before showing up.

"My mailbox was knocked down by a truck. I knew that I would get prompt service to replace it because Mr. Hughes had installed the original one in a timely and efficient manner. He came to my house as soon as possible with all my requested materials, removed the original post that he had very securely installed, and installed a new post and mailbox. When he noticed a slight flaw in the mailbox, he even got me another one and replaced it (he lives in Virginia and I am in Maryland). Mr. Hughes is very accommodating and wants his clients to be happy. My mailbox looks great! I highly recommend his service."
