"Excellent! I have a few rather valuable oriental carpets and they oocassionally need professional cleaning. I am not presently interested in buying a new carpet. They did a splendid job on cleaning my carpet. Could not have been more pleased. They are also quite knowledgable and friendly in fact very computer savey. The can quickly tell you the approximate location where your carpet was manufactured and show it to you on the screen.
