"They did an excellent job, not only for using local and sustainable materials, but also for a perfect installation and for matching the color as the rest of the house. Competitive price but most importantly excellent professionals and good listeners!"

"I am very happy with the work that was done. Corey took the time to find out the traffic level in my home and my needs before installing the floor. Because of that he suggested a different flooring, explaining the difference between my first choice and his suggestion and what the outcome could be. I am very glad that I did not go with my original choice! I have had this floor for two years now and It still looks great. I am pleased with the way that he staggered the seems of the flooring boards, and I appreciate his attention to detail. The workmanship has stood the test of time and a lot of traffic over the floor. The durability and beauty of the floor was everything Corey said it would be even after two years and a lot of "episodes". I would highly recommend him if you were considering to install flooring!"

"I can't say enough about this Father and Son's contractor team.. Alex, David and Dimitri were fabulous. The floors were refinished in 1 1/2 days. Their work is amazing and they were polite, neat and very informative about maintaining my new floor. I highly recommend them for your next project - you won't be sorry."

"John and Charlotte were very kind and responsive throughout the refinishing process and our floors look great! John even custom made replacement flooring for our living room. I would definitely recommend them for any hardwood flooring project"

"They were very quick and efficient in installing my vinyl plank flooring. Juan was an amazing worker and very professional and kind. Very strong work ethic and the floors look amazing! I would recommend and will be using them for future projects."

"I hered VRP Floors to install vinyl in basement. The representative and the owner Horacio they were very responsive and finished the project on time as promised. I'd definitely hire them again"

"I hired Aurelio to refinish my old oak stairs, carpeted at the time. After removing the carpet, we realized installing new stairs would have been the "better" option, but my budget didn't go in that direction. Aurelio and his team did their best to repair the damage and refinish the stairs. Aurelio suggested adding molding and 3/4 rounds to hide the places that couldn't be fixed, and that was a great idea. I'm sure when the project is finished (I'm having a painter paint the front faces of the stairs white), I'll be happy with the results, but I wish I had known a few things before hiring: 1) That the "material" (which wasn't included in the quote) would be grossly overpriced (I paid $1,200 for the carpet removal, repairs, sanding, staining and poly-coating, and $550 for material) 2) That the workers wouldn't wear shoe covers to keep my existing wood floors clean 3) That some wholes wouldn't be filled 4) That vertical surfaces of the stairs wouldn't be touched/fixed 4) And last but not least: That I would have NO SAY in the finish color. I wasn't shown a sample, given a color name, or called on site before the stairs were completely stained (and impossible to re-stain, I was told). The final color is about four levels lighter than my original wood floor (and the rest of my house). I understand you cannot match colors exactly, but the difference in tone and level is very noticeable. My "new" stairs are a light-ish pine-like color; my existing floors are between American Oak and Gunstock. As Aurelio puts it "When there are no lights on, you don't notice the color difference". I'm giving the company a B for the hard work done. But I learned my lesson."

"Did a great job on the floors. Was not pleased with how they prepped the house for sanding. Did not cover shelving, cabinets and appliances very well. I would suggest overseeing the covering of everything prior to sanding."

"VJ Hardwood Floor was professional and easy to work with and I’m very happy with the job they did. My floors came out beautifully."

"Installed vinyl flooring. Looks beautiful."
