"Josh showed up on time. He even came on a Sunday morning to get the concrete footers dug and poured, so the pergola construction could start first thing on Monday morning. He and John finished the pergola in 3 days and cleaned up the mess completely. There was no damage to the yard - you could hardly tell they were there - except for the beautiful new pergola. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The next week Josh brought Geoff in to break up the old concrete patio. They had to use some big jackhammers and for a short time there was a lot of noise. We were not home, but Josh was thoughtful enough to remove cooking pottery and bowls from the shelves in the kitchen next to where the work was being done. He was afraid that the vibration from the jackhammers might cause items to fall off the shelves. The new concrete was poured last week, and the flagstone installed this week, and it is hard to believe it is the same patio and breezeway. They had to shorten the door to the garage to clear the new flagstone and cut it to fit in the doorway. Everything was done nicely and It is very beautiful. This morning the yard and patio is cleaned up and all of the furniture moved back. The only remaining item is a grate over the window pit. I am sure Josh will get this done in a few days. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Overall the work is fantastic and came out even better that I expected. "We discovered a clog in the septic drain late Sunday afternoon.  No matter which faucet (or toilet) was used, water spewed in to the basement from the laundry trap.  I called Tim Beil Plumbing & within minutes received a call back from Tom stating that he would be at the house within an hour. <br /> He arrived within the hour & was able to unclog the pipe. <br /> Tom was very professional.  Tarps we laid in the basement, & he cleaned up the area after completing the job. (wiped down the wall, floor & washer & dryer) <br /> When he was in the main part the house he wore disposable shoe covers to protect our floors. <br /> I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs. <br />"
