They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. He showed up with tape measure, pad with business name on it and ready to give me a bid. I had others who came to the door while talking on the phone, no measure tape to know the dimensions, and sloppy dressed. He is ready and willing to work.
