"I had 30 year old garage doors that had broken springs, cables, pulleys, seals, and cheap replacement openers.  Angie's List posted a deal for Gwinnett Garage Door to replace the seals, so I signed up.  David scheduled an appointment and showed up on time.  David was kind and professional.  He mentioned that the door seals would not work with my doors and recommended refunding my money.  I knew I had to replace these doors soon, so I asked David for a quote, which he provided in about 5 minutes.  I was surprised at the low price for 2 doors and openers, including installation.  If it wasn't for their "A" rating on Angie's List, I would have thought that the price was too good to be true.  David made some recommendations for door face designs and hardware that I was not aware of, but I went with his recommendations and I am very happy with the way the doors look on my home.   Gwinnett Garage Door scheduled my installation within 5 days (with New Year's in between the quote and installation).  The installers were polite, worked quickly, and completed the 2 doors and openers in less than 3 hours.  They cleaned up and hauled away all old door panels, framing, tracks, chains, wiring, and packaging - my garage was ready to drive the cars in after they completed their work.  The doors operate much more quietly, seal properly,  and look great!  David made a follow up phone call to me in the evening to make sure that I was completely satisfied and also asked what his team could have done better.  Throughout the process, David was responsive to my questions via text or phone call, and provided good recommendations along with pricing during the 5 days prior to installation.  Great product and service!
