"We contacted Haas Quality Fence Friday 7/12/13, we found the company off of your Angie's List. Steve, that does the field work came out the next day and took measurements. Steve brought our fence out Wednesday 7/17/13 EARLY and started putting the fence up by himself and he completed the installation Sunday 7/21/13. Steve was very precise, perticular, informative and accurate , he used a level on each section on the fence so it would be straight since our house has a little hill where the fence is located. He kept us informed about what he was going to do and about the company and how the company works with quality materials and try to do it right the FIRST TIME. It was very very hot and it RAINED EVERYDAY but Steve was there working in the rain until maybe the lightning started and the downpour of rain made it inpossible for him to continue but he did not complain. He was always very polite and friendly and he got the job done in a reasonable time. My husband and I are very satisfied with the work that was done and with the worker Steve. We would always have this company do work for us if we need more fencing. As a matter of fact the fence looked so good while he was putting it up that people noticed and starting asking him for business ! "The installation of the gates was delayed a few days as the initial frames were cut larger than the 5foot gates and needed to be redone. On January 12th upon returning from a trip one gate would not open or close without enough force to further damage the gate. I called Mossy Oak and was asked to send pictures of the gate which I took and emailed that day. I was advised that I would hear from them within 2 weeks to schedule repair of the gate. As I had not heard by January 24, 2018 to see what the status was as my gate will not open without fear of additional damage. I was again told that I would be contacted within two weeks again with a day and time that the repair would be completed. I would have expected a responsible company would return my call and would have repaired my gates by this time."

They were apologetic, and worked exceptionally hard to make up lost time. Installed another fence for us a couple of months ago. There were a couple of pickets which had split.
