"First and foremost, Richard could not be a nicer person. You can tell he enjoys his work and is a true animal lover. This is the second time we use Dog Containment Systems. We got a new dog back in December, and had an incident where the landscapers accidentally cut the fence and needed to get it repaired. A quick email and I got a call back from Donna. I tolde her what I needed done and she gave me a firm quote over the phone. No surprises. <br /> Richard arrived promptly when scheduled and was able to quickly find and repair the breaks. He re-flagged the yard (part of training) and spent time training the puppy. He then left us instructions on how to do the follow-on training and how to adjust the fence when we need to. <br /> Of note, I actually called about 4 months ago. Donna and I talked and she said that until the puppy had some obedience training and could understand what "no" meant, that the fence wouldn't be effective. "Poor experience, resulting in rotten wood being put up, gates that did not close properly, and fence posts that were not evenly spaced. When we complained we were told we were difficult customers. They eventually fixed the rotten wood but the posts could not be fixed and were told it was our fault because we did not know to ask that fence posts be evenly spaced. (Silly us - we assumed they'd do it right the first time since this is their profession and we've never installed a fence before!)"
