"The actual service was awesome and the guys doing the work were courteous and amazing! We are definitely going to recommend them to our neighbors who are experiencing the same settling issues with their concrete. We did, however, have a rough go at scheduling and communication from the office could be improved. The work was originally scheduled for a Tuesday but the prior job ran over. That first week communication was great but then we didn’t hear anything for 7 days and had to call them to figure out when the work was being rescheduled for."

"I saw this refit of a bi-fold closet door to French door opening and thought it would help my problem of the doors jumping the track. I explained what I wanted, he simplified the process, and fixed all the closets. Now I have much more access to the closets and they look great. They also fixed my broken gate while they were at my house. They were so professional and even cleaned up their minimal mess."

" I am a single woman with no experience in home repairs. I was skeptical when a structural engineer told me that my home had severe foundation damage. Obviously, this area was new to me and I needed someone to explain it. After further deliberation, I decided to contact Alternative Building Concepts, Inc. After the initial visit, I felt hopeful that my foundation problem would be remedied.
I have now worked with Alternative Building Concepts, Inc. for over a year and everyone involved has proven to be professional, dependable and trustworthy. As a result of my satisfaction with the foundation repair and stabilization, we started discussing other projects. As of today, they have completed five separate main projects.
I am thankful Alternative Building Concepts, Inc. always took extra time to go over details and procedures to help me understand the projects. I have been completely satisfied with all my projects, and, I would recommend them for any future construction needs.
I deliberately waited a few months in order to guarantee everything was working to my satisfaction. and also to see how they would handle a couple of concerns I had. I was pleased they handled any issues I had promptly and professionally!!
Their motto is " Leaders in construction, followers of Jesus." After nine months of working with them, I can attest they really do stand by their motto!!

"Three days after presenting me a quote they started work. In my experience that’s unheard of. A 1 Renovation replaced the screen on a screened in porch and they did an excellent job. They arrived at 8:30am and finished by 2:30pm even though winds were fierce and it was cold. If I could I’d give them 6 stars. They’re that good!"
