"Sean and his workers did an amazing job painting the interior of our house. He used premium quality paints, stuck to the initial estimate price, and was able to complete the entire job within the requested timeframe (with his crew often working long hours and weekends). This allowed us to move into our home on our scheduled move-in date. Sean and his crew were also extremely careful with our newly refinished hardwood floors, leaving them spotless afterward. We were so impressed with Sean's work and his honesty that we immediately rehired him to repair our roof even though we had gotten estimates from other contractors, some of whom may have been trying to rip us off (apparently not uncommon). After starting the roof work, once Sean realized that the repair was not going to cost as much as he initially estimated, he let us know and adjusted the final cost down accordingly. While repairing the roof, he also noted that our woodstove chimney was filled with creosote (highly flammable), which apparently hadn't been cleaned by the previous homeowners in years; Sean immediately took care of it that very day. We still have some minor repairs left in the house and will be hiring Sean to do them. Sean is now our go-to guy for any issue with our home that is beyond our level of expertise. He is really easy to get a hold of, responds immediately, and goes above and beyond."

"They did the job as requested originally and stopped the leak, yes. Super Nice people, however charged me $500 just to come out from 2 hours away in a emergency. After realizing it was needed to open up the plastic of course it was all wet ( the insulation) I requested it all to be removed and replaced with new installation. And taped back up. They did not remove the old insulation they did however use some of my 2 inch foam and tape to basically hold it in place. So all in all a $8.99 piece cost me $600 for the whole job they did. I'm not impressed, but I'm glad the leak stopped. I will still have to go under there and fix the insulation the right way. When it's warm enough."

"Start to finish a good experience.  We knew going it what to expect for costing and everyone looking at a metal roof should expect high costs.  The lead time to do the work was long but that expectation was clearly set during the contract negotiations and they were within 2 weeks of that date. <br /> Jennifer was a big help keeping me informed of scheduling and always responded within a day of any message left, if I didn't get her live on the phone.  The crew was really good (Sergi, Dimitry and the guys) and worked 9-5 without missing a beat after a long daily commute to get to our house..  Considering all the nails, shingles and small metal pieces associated with this installation my yard was spotless.  Even after they completed my walk around yielded about a dozen small pieces buried under leaves and to be expected..  Very pleased with that.. <br /> So far we're very happy with the experience.  The roof looks amazing and we cannot wait for the snow to arrive.  I'll do an update once we go through a winter cycle here in MA. <br />"
