"I found Robert and Jody of R&J Home Improvements, LLC on Angie’s. I needed a soffit fixed on the second story of my home. Robert came out in a timely fashion to look at what needed to be done and gave me a quote. When all was said and done, the soffit was fixed, a miter box was replaced, and they installed Gutter Guard on both the second and first story gutters. Everything looks great! Both Robert and Jody were very easy to work with as they were communicative through the whole process. That was very much appreciated. I would definitely hire Robert and Jody back in the future if I need any more repairs done on my home."

"The work was done properly."

"Mr. Sullivan brought an assistant and they cleaned our Appleton 2-story Victorian home's gutters and repaired a spot damaged by an ice dam in last year's severe winter. They were pleasant and professional. I would recommend them for this work and will be calling them soon for another gutter cleaning.

"They did a thorough job at a very reasonable price. Three people came out and repaired the damage and then inspected the rest of the roof for problems. They added some tar to other areas and pounded in nails."

"Darren & Jessie did a great job in updating our bathroom walls, trim and installing new closet doors! They were responsive, diligent, friendly, professional and cared of what us the homeowners thought of how it looked, making sure we were happy with it. Thank you Darren and Jessie for your hard work!"

"He came and inspected our brick exterior, and gave his opinion about what should be done to repair and maintain the brick exterior.  He gave an estimate to repair the damaged bricks as well as rebuilding the chimney from the roof up.  "

"Went very well and he went above and beyond to help with getting supplies/lumber due to complications with Lowe’s."

"Alive maintenance was prompt, professional, and affordable. I was embarrassed by the condition I allowed them to get to. Alive's employee never made me feel like I had been neglectful, I really appreciated that."

"They were great. I recently opened my new suite and needed flooring that wouldn’t ruin the base boards and the carpet. They did just that. They finished in a day and some hours. Also I needed them pretty last minute and he came asap and started working on the floors. It looks amazing. Highly recommend."
