Things that stuck out about Charlie is he is exacting, neat and took pride in his craftsmanship. The repairs were done with impressive high quality. He didn't show up quite at the scheduled time but he called to give me a heads up that he was running a late and when he would get there. "I agreed with their assessment and ordered a new Bradford White 75 gallon water heater. This is a power vent type heater with PVC exhaust vented to the outside. Two plumbers (and a part-time helper for moving the old and new heavy tanks) installed it the next day and did an excellent job. The plumbing is all "plumb" and properly done."
