"It was awesome. Jeff came out the day after I called him, climbed on my roof, and had an estimate to me later that day. His estimate was higher than some I received but still very fair (and definitely not the highest I got from companies in the area). We took a week to finish gathering bids and get the 50% downpayment together and called to make an appointment. Jeff and his guys came out and got the work done completely within a week. They were professional, timely, and clean every time they came. They were courteous and kept me up to date at the end of each workday showing me what had been done and what ended up costing extra money as per our plan when Jeff first came to give me an estimate and was upfront about some unknowns with the roof that were not included in the original proposal. It was nice to have a group of people come and work together to get the job done safely, efficiently, and for as little above estimate as they could. Our roof looks great and appears to be good to go for 3 decades now. We know that if we have any problems this is the kind of service provider you can call and get in touch with the same day-- no concerns about call backs. He's upfront and does business on a handshake. A few years ago another "reputable" company came out to do work on our house and the work was overpriced and not done well. We worried we would have trouble finding an honest roofer but this is the guy we will call if we ever have another situation with our roof. Highly recommend you call him for an estimate if you've had any trouble with other service professionals in the past- he will make it better. Note- In addition to a full roof replacement we had several squares of decking replaced and several layers of shingles and decking to be disposed of as part of the replacement and went with a high quality architectural shingle"

That is, prior to meeting Gabe and the folks at Top Notch. Not only are the competitively priced, but they send an actual roofing expert out for estimating, as opposed to a salesman. I immediately felt was in good hands as he answered all my questions with authority and knowledge. On the job site, the crew was clean, polite, and professional. We did have a few hiccups along the way, which as anyone who has ever done renovation can tell you, is par for the course. These specific hiccups were discontinued products and shipping damages that were simply accidents. Just bad luck that had nothing to do with Top Notch. But it was their reaction to the situation that really won me over. Gabe, the foreman, and Jessica went above and beyond to come to my house on multiple weekends to install skylights because that is the kind of business they operate."
