"I cannot say enough good things about Benito. I initially hired him to build a retaining wall to help solve the problem of standing water in my yard. After I got the estimate Benito came out again and said he didn’t think retaining wall would solve problem. After 2 more visits he said he thought the best way to solve problem was to install a French drain and put in a concrete patio. Benito did this while staying as close to my budget as materials would allow. I feel that Benito went above and beyond to solve my problem. French drain has helped tremendously and I no longer have a saturated area in my yard. I would recommend Benito as I think he is a very helpful, honest and genuine person."

Before you hire anybody give me a call I guarantee that I'll beat the price of any other "contractor" in Winston Salem, Kernersville, Greensboro, and High Point and all surrounding areas. Our quality stands above most expectations and the products are top of the line guaranteed.
"The overall project took about three months. The construction, wiring and plumbing were done effectively and decently. Several things weren't explained very well, if at all. My biggest complaint is that two different items we bought (which we were told would be reimbursed) were not looked at ahead of time. The plumbing was done incorrectly so the shower kit we really wanted couldn't be used. The shower rod wouldn't fit after the tiling. Checking items the client wants to use beforehand is common sense. Pretty disappointing, especially since we bought it toward the beginning of the project so it couldn't be returned (and wasn't reimbursed). J. Ashley did come out after the project was finished to repair an outlet, which was above and beyond his contractual obligations. I would recommend J Ashely for smaller, straight forward work like flooring, but not for anything major or complicated."

The crew from Tier 1 did a fantastic job replacing our entire roof, and even went the second mile by helping us deal with some rotting issues that were discovered during their work with us. We were not only pleased with the roof replacement, we can't say enough about the clean-up job done by Tier 1 after the roof replacement. Sometimes contractors don't do a great job cleaning up around the home after work has been done, but Tier 1 made sure everything around the house was cleaned up and neat before they departed.
