Get matched with top asphalt shingle roofing installers and replacers in Winter-beach, FL

"The roof looks pretty good. It took a couple of months to get the supplies - which is understandable in these times. I had stressed with the representative that my gutters were new, and "Charles" assured me that the workers would loosen them from the house and then re-attach them carefully. What they did was to nail the gutters back onto the house by using a nail gun and placing nails every 4" or so with no care as to whether or not the gutters were properly angled to run water into the downspouts! I got the gutters because I thought I could wait a couple of years before needing a roof replacement- but then I got a leak and had to hire a roofer. I chose one from Angi because they are great. They research their contractors and stand behind their work. So, unfortunately, I now have oil on my driveway where the the workers parked their leaky truck ("Charles said he would look into finding something that might clean that up.... but I never heard another word about it) and also a damaged ceiling in my outdoor utility from the pounding as they removed old shingles, so I have to repair those..... And, of course, I have to pay to have new gutters installed because the old /new ones were damaged so badly that they cannot be repaired. I contacted the G & G Roofing office and left my concerns with female who answered the phone, but did not receive a call back -Three times. I texted "Charles", but my text was not acknowledged. I could have overlooked the oil and the ceiling repair but the gutters are very expensive and were discussed on day one. How very frustrating!!"

"I had heard about good and bad roofing contractors in Florida - whomever did our roof in 2005 was not a good one - so approached our search for a good roofing contractors very carefully. We researched reviews, looked at Nextdoor to see what people said every time someone asked who a good roofing contractor would be, and did a lot of homework. Time after time, we saw Florida Top Shield pop up as one of the best. I called roofing companies, and took multiple bids, looking at how they handled us as potential customers. Andy, with Florida Top Shield, was on time, courteous, took the time to show us our options and the types of products used. His bid was one of the lower bids, too - not exorbitant or inflated. We were impressed. So we hired Florida Too Shield to do the job. Our insurance company had told us that our roof must be replaced before September 23 or they would cancel our insurance. Shortly before the job was to start, my husband had to go in the hospital (as of this writing, that was 11 days ago, and he is still there). Nevertheless, on a time crunch, we gave Florida Top Shield the go-ahead to do the job. They started on Wednesday a week ago. Their crew started early to beat the weather and worked late. They installed hurricane straps. When it rained before they were done they double checked inside to make sure everything was okay. They were focused, polite, used no fowl language nor listened to any offensive music. They were meticulous in their attention to detail to make sure our new gutters and leaf guards weren't damaged. I took photos of the entire process so my hospitalized husband could follow their progress. They finished late on Saturday night, days ahead of schedule. The result was stunning. I went up and walked on it, taking pictures to show my husband. I was impressed with the way they replaced the flashing around our recently rebuilt chimney and carefully retrimmed around that chimney with cedar. Beautiful work! They also worked to make sure the site was cleaned up afterward, and I only found breakage on one plant - which I suspect might have happened on the last day since they worked until dark to get the job done right. When we received the final invoice there were no undisclosed cost overruns and everything was within previously discussed parameters. Andy came by after the work was done as I wanted to give him a check directly and shake his hand, and let him know how appreciative we were of a good job. What impressed me even more, however was when the building inspector came to do the final inspection. His words: "this is a good company, and one of the few..." I recommended these people to anyone. Fast, efficient, quality workmanship, integrity."

"Mr Guzman of Blue Coast Roofing showed up right on time for the estimate. We agreed on a price and a couple of days later the work was done. I would definitely recommend Juventino Guzman and would call him again should I find any other roof issues that need fixing!"

"Great roofing company. Did an excellent job replacing my roof which was 22 years old. Kept you informed as the work was being done and what the time frame was to complete the job. You were not made to feel you were just one of a number on the list to get the job done and move on Would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone that needs to have their roof replaced."

"There was no electrician there to install outlets ,they used extension cords to hook everything up"

"CAPPS ROOFING!! Having never had a roof replaced we thought everyone had the same experience as we did. Wrong. Our entire roof was replaced in 4 days, the crew showed up Monday, just as Mr. Capps said they would, and clean up was done Thursday afternoon. A neighbor is in the 2nd week of their roof being replaced. Great communication throughout the process, our calls were always answered or returned quickly. We Love Our Roof. Jeff & Judi K"

"We had a severe time constraint and, with salesman John Thompson at the helm, we got the new roof installed with amazing speed. The only snag was a slight delay in the Timberland shingles we requested, but that was resolved with only a few days of delay. Our new roof is gorgeous and we are happy we selected Total Home Roofing for the work. Thank you all."

"Total Home Roofing was professional and thorough. Eric Payne, Roofing Consultant, was exceptional and assisted throughout the entire process. Complete roof install, removal of all wood decking, new install of 1/2" plywood and Owens Corning Duration shingles with moisture barrier. Looks great."
