"I had an estimate from a franchise company. Then Derek from Capstone came and inspected the attic but was not able get inside all the way. He returned 2 days later to cut pieceof wood that was blocking his entry. The other company was little cheaper but i decided to go with Capstone because he did a thorough inspection and I realized he knew what he was doing. He kept me informed about the date. Two guys showed up on time and knew exactly what they had to do. Nate and Josue got zo work. They were ery helpful and cooperative. They vacumed all the all onsulation. They returned next day , checked the pressure for leaks. They swaled all air spaces lĺinstalled new insulation. Cleaned up ,showed is video and photos. Grest job Nare and Josue,thank you a ll."

They removed and replaced the duct work, insulation and moisture barrier in the crawl space below our home as well as thoroughly treating for mold until they were sure it was all gone. "Dennis and his crew are awesome! I called Dennis because I had condensation coming from an electrical outlet in one bedroom. In addition, my pantry and closets would always feel humid and warmer than the rest of the house. He came out and diagnosed the problem in an honest, professional manner: it turns out the builder of my house never did the air sealing under the attic insulation, so he took care of that. I also had him do wall-injected insulation on the wall that is hit by the sun all day, as well as add more attic insulation for energy efficiency. Dennis is responsive, knowledgeable, and won't sell you stuff you don't need. I'll be recommending him to neighbors who have houses built by the same builder, and who probably have the same problem I did."
