"We just went thru a hurricane and damage is widespread in our area. Marshall Roofing-Ben contacted us very quickly and scheduled a time to inspect our damaged roof. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working. "Crew showed up on designated day , was friendly,courteous,polite and immediately started removing all existing plain steel screws,installed new over-size Blazer-2 Stainless Cap Tri-Seal screws,cleaned and removed any debris on roof before applying the silver coating sealant to my house and also my storage shed.When job was complete a crew member walked the perimeter of my house with a magnet picking up any loose screws/washers that may have fallen to the ground. "Although the repairs needed by Isaac Holden and his crew were on my roof, so I was not able to see the work being done. I took a leap of faith and trusted that Mr. Holden and his men did what was prescribed in the estimate I was given. Fix/replace two roof vents & collars. Lay ice shield and reflash, waterproof and silicon cement around roof vents, as well as around the smokestack collar. Replace shingles pulled due to repairs. Paint smokestack with Rustoleum paint to prevent further rust damage and staining on existing roof. The estimate price was fair for the amount of work to be done and Mr. Holden was on the job 99% of the time his men did the work to his satisfaction,as if it was his home; instructing them on doing it correctly. That spoke volumes to me. I would hire Isaac Holden and his crew again."
