"Personable and friendly, the owners of Sun State Roofing answered ALL of our questions. They did the job quickly and efficiently, and we are so thankful for their service. Until they cleaned the roof, we didn't know that there were several holes from hurricane Milton which needed to be repaired. But now the roof has been patched and sealed; it is ready for Florida weather! With the new paint sealant, it looks spectacular. Sun State Roofing went above and beyond the "required" service. Thanks Sun State!"

"From beginning to end this was one of the most informed, hard working and nice family company I have ever used and when it comes to roofing problems, I will use them only! Matthew guided the whole roofing job from beginning to end and was absolutely one of the nicest young man I have ever met. He answered in person and by phone whenever I contacted him, he never rushed me, he explained everything that was going on and found many problems the so called 'contractor' who put on the roof in 2012 didn't do, just to save money. I bought the home in 2013 and the house passed every inspection and after moving in, the problems started, spent a lot of time and money repairing the ceilings in the dining room and living room. Forrest and Son worked very hard to bring the roof up to code and found so many problems and I am very grateful to them for helping me and charging a fair price for all the work that was done. I would recommend Forrest and Son and Matthew who was my in between person with an A++. Thank you for a great job and for being there for me."

"It went well except for being delayed 3 weeks. I had to do all the checking on status of the install - no proactive communication. Communication in general was about average. I wasn’t real happy with putting 40% down and waiting 2 months for the work to be done but not a deal killer. I’m very happy with the the value and quality of the installed roof. They removed the old roof, replaced some damaged decking, installed a full covering of ice and water shield and a well warrantied shingle system that looks great. I would recommend to anyone."

"We just went thru a hurricane and damage is widespread in our area. Marshall Roofing-Ben contacted us very quickly and scheduled a time to inspect our damaged roof. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working. You can rely on their promises and it was a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend them for roofing work."

"I wasn't there and they inspected the roof for free."

"Excellent! We found G&G on Angie's List several years ag Theo and they correctly repaired two broken roof tiles. Now, there appeared to be cracks in the mortar holding various other tiles together, possibly resulting in water leaking through the roof. G&G arrived on short notice during the New Year period, inspected the entire roof and reported no damage or threat of leakage. The technician explained his findings and determined there's no problem at all. Big relief for us!"

"Although the repairs needed by Isaac Holden and his crew were on my roof, so I was not able to see the work being done. I took a leap of faith and trusted that Mr. Holden and his men did what was prescribed in the estimate I was given. Fix/replace two roof vents & collars. Lay ice shield and reflash, waterproof and silicon cement around roof vents, as well as around the smokestack collar. Replace shingles pulled due to repairs. Paint smokestack with Rustoleum paint to prevent further rust damage and staining on existing roof. The estimate price was fair for the amount of work to be done and Mr. Holden was on the job 99% of the time his men did the work to his satisfaction,as if it was his home; instructing them on doing it correctly. That spoke volumes to me. I would hire Isaac Holden and his crew again."

"Covenant Roofing did a great job on our roof. They replaced the roof in one day! They did a great job in communicating with us and answering our questions. I highly recommend Covenant for your roofing needs."

"Larry responded within hours and had a visit scheduled for us right away. The work was done in a professional and timely manner. We now have a local roofing expert that we can count on whenever any roofing issues come up. Thanks Sunshine State Roofing!"

"Jan Tukker is very professional and thorough. JTI did the work as promised and on time. A couple of things to consider when re-roofing. If a dumpster is used, consider an alternate location other than the driveway depending on the age of the concrete. Cracks will happen with all the weight of the dumpster and old roofing material. Secondly, be vigilant with the cleanup. There are large amounts of nails used in the process and many reach the ground. Stepping on a roofing nail in your flower bed can t**** the whole experience. The contractor does an OK job of picking up nails, but you as the customer should search for them as we'll.
