What is most concerning is how efficient the company was at collecting payment, yet how slow and unresponsive they have been in correcting a clear billing error. "Got an estimate. Submitted HOA request after contractor could not access HOA website. Quote and plans were approved after I had to personally submit them. Received minimal communication from the contractor throughout the process. Constant ghosting and back and forth on rescheduling of install times and corrections. Original quote was not honored as they had made a “typo” saying we would get two gates but wasn’t drawn in the mock-up. Giving two stars because the work was eventually done, but not on time and not to the quality we would have hoped with multiple fence panels having gaps evident gaps or misalignments to the posts. An absolute headache inducing experience overall."
