"The team I worked with at BAU was great. I hired them to repair some minor vertical and horizontal foundation cracks that were found in a recent general home inspection. Everyone who came out was upbeat, professional, punctual, thorough, and highly detailed. Hunter came out first to check the entire foundation and give a free estimate. They then split the work up into two dates, and each crew was great. Michael and James came out first for the initial round, and then Alexander and Gabe came out to wrap up the last few areas. The guys were always on time, which is greatly appreciated. Both repair teams also did their own additional checks of the surrounding areas, also greatly appreciated. They were also able to provide before and after pictures, and were respectful of the property."

"Our tankless water heater quit working. Harry D. came out the same day. He made a valiant attempt to repair it, but we needed a new unit. He explained our options and costs. He returned the next morning and replaced it. He is knowledgeable, friendly, neat, and explained current code requirements. He did a great job at under the quoted price. We are very satisfied and would call him again in the future."
