"Fantastic job. During the survey of my house, I pointed out one of the problems (flickering light bulb). Nicholas told me that it probably didn't need to get repaired -- the issue was due to using an LED lightbulb. He was right - and he didn't need to tell us that... he could've just "fixed" it and charged us for it. The project itself went very well. They did a nice job putting in the chandelier, and the light in the attic. They also fixed the other problems I had around the house. They made one error when they were making one of the repairs I needed in the house.. they fixed the problem, but accidentally cut off power to another room. I called them about it, and they sent someone out to fire it right away. Good work, great communication, honest people and a fair price. I would definitely hire them again"

These tasks included diagnosing why the basement lights failed (needed a new switch), figuring out why the doorbells stopped working (blown transformer) and installing a new with a motion detector switch in the back hall of the house. "Francis returned my call within 24 hours and we set up a time for him to come look at the work that needed to be done. He advised us to buy a new ceiling fan so that just in case it was the fixture itself that wasn't working he could install it while he was here. I was hoping to just get the 1 light fixed in time for Christmas Eve and he was able to fix the 3 outlets that weren't working as well. He did all of it within an hour and we were even able to return the new ceiling fan as it was not needed. Very pleased with his professionalism, responsiveness and service.
