We were debating whether to clean it up, or replace it with concrete. Ricardo gave us a great explanation of how he could level it and clean and seal it, and why that might be preferable to concrete. We chose to have him clean, level, and seal the existing pavers. He was always on time, quick to respond, friendly, and honest. I would work with him again without hesitation."

Later said could grade after. Added $1,800. Crew broke drainage pipes, charged me $250. Couldn't move AC condenser despite my asking during estimate. Payment tactics: Said pay "when satisfied." Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."
