"Mario and his crew were outstanding. They had to remove and replace all grout as well as defective pieces of bluestone. They had to cut and reset all bluestone on the edge of the front stoop. They had to reface and re-grout the entire stoop. They also had to reset bluestone in the island area walkway. Some of the stones were of different thicknesses and they replaced broken ones using thicker slabs and reset same so that the finished walkway was level. When the project was completed they did an excellent job cleaning the residue from the driveway. Mario addressed all our concerns in a timely manner. He was onsite for much of the project and when I needed him to inspect something or replace a defective stone he was on top of the situation within an hour. He is a consummate professional who cares about the quality of his work."

"If you have tired old dark bricks or stone fireplaces or exterior on your house, Brick Transformers can add new life to it by using stains not paint. When it's completed, it looks like it was always that color, not painted. Harry Brax, the owner, does a superior job giving new life to an ugly duckling. I can't be more please with the way he transformed by fireplace. For this size and stone fireplace it took 7 hours, but only because he takes his talent to perfection. After sealing off the space, he begins with the first step as shown in the video. After that he starts to critique the hues to get the right balance of shading. If your looking, which you are if you're here, you won't be disappointed. This company is Professional, talented, perfectionist, friendly, on-time."

"Provided an inspection and assessment of our buildings exterior balconies, and then completed a full walkthrough noting issues with the roof, decking and HVAC systems. Many misconceptions were corrected from years of working with low cost/quality contractors. Additionally, many extremely cost effective suggestions were provided, saving unnecessary and expensive work. While some of the findings will add cost, it is great to know and start to build a strategy to address the items and secure our small 6 unit condo building."

"We recently had our roof replaced, and I want to wholeheartedly recommend Lake Point Roofing as a company you should consider for any future roofing projects. I first met Derek Wojcik, a partner in the company, when I asked him to come to my home to review a leak that I noticed in my second floor bedroom. After inspecting my roof, he told me that he had found the source of the leak and would fix it on the spot. After repairing the leak, I thanked him and asked him what I owed him. His response was "no charge". He's also made a couple of other minor tweaks with my gutters without charge. Derek quoted me a price to replace my roof in November 2016. When I decided to replace the roof this year, he told me that he would maintain the same price quoted last year. His team arrived at my home at approximately 7:30 and went right to work, tearing off the existing shingles and replacing them. They also lined my built-in gutters with modified Bitumen, and installed steel angle iron on all the gutters to prevent overflow. Upon completion, they meticulously cleaned up to the point that you wouldn't know that any work had been done. In all my dealings with Derek he has proven to be meticulous in detail, extremely hard working, does what he says he's going to do, and manages a crew of top notch roofers. I don't think we'll have need of Lake Point Roofing's services to replace a roof again, but I would certainly use them again."

The result is fantastic - a beautiful, well proportioned and designed patio, with a high-quality installation accomplished on time and on budget. For projects like this, though, the result is first, but the experience is just as critical. Each step of the way, the Pavestone team provided value and assistance. The proposal and quote was complete and competitive. Sergio provided a great deal of information and explanation surrounding the cost and timeline. I would estimate that we talked (due to my questions and indecision) 10 times regarding stone selection. He met me to look at the stones, and then he dropped off stones I picked -or ones he thought I would like - so I could see them in my yard, close to my house, to make sure I was comfortable with the overall look and the fit with the house. I think he did this three different times as my thoughts changed as the project got closer. His team at the office provided drawings from every angle to show the patio before we started the work. I gave him measurements of patio furniture and where I want to place it, and he validated where it should go and confirmed that the shape of the patio would work with my plan to furnish the patio. He stayed in touch with me in the way that worked best - text, email and phone - for me. When installation began, I met the crew and the leader, Horatio, and they went to work. They worked hard, were respectful, answered any questions I had, were neat and orderly and provided realistic feedback about what would happen each day. It was clear to see their work ethic and craftsmanship as they worked. Sergio stayed in touch and came by, and let me know when inspection was going to happen and then coordinated the gas hook up for the grill with great follow up. When we finished, he came to assess each piece of the patio, and even worked with me on adjusting where I had furniture, as well as providing guidance on cleaning the stone. All in all, it was a really great experience and I ended up with what I wanted. I would actually say - I ended up with more than what I wanted because I wasn't sure. Deferring to the experts was the right call. It was a GREAT experience and I highly recommend Pavestone!"
