"First, we had them build new retaining walls approximately 140' bordering the back and sides of our home. They removed a smaller retention wall and old concrete patio and replaced it with new walls and patio paver blocks. Behind the retention walls almost all the landscaping was replaced with a couple exceptions. All of our homes downspouts were put underground into the yard. They finished planting most of the plants just before the winter freeze. They, also, took out 2 large willow trees, ground the roots, and planted 2 new maple trees in their place. In our second project, they replaced all the paver bricks and retention walls bordering the front of our home and driveway. They built a brand new set of paver/concrete combination stairs into our yard where it was needed. There were transplants of bushes, as well. Thirdly, they put in irrigation drainage on the west side of our property which was needed. We also have used Rojas Landscaping for all of our lawn mowing, as well as spring and fall cleanups through the years. They have always done a beautiful job - we couldn't be happier with their work. Lino Rojas is a pleasure to work with. He understands all of our landscaping needs and we trust him with any helpful ideas. He always provides a solution to our questions. "Power Tree did a great job. They removed a very large maple tree from our backyard, and trimmed several trees/shrubs in an adjacent area of the yard. They ground up the stump and removed ALL of the associated debris. It was literally broom clean when they left!"

"A prior contractor had left stepping stones extremely wobbly and had installed them in a ridiculous manner, using 14 stones when only 4 were needed. I also had a couple of other stonework problems. The first contractor I got an estimate from didn't even discuss resetting the stones the way I wanted - he just gave me HUGE estimates for doing something he thought was better in the stepping stone area and redoing the other two areas.
Jan (?) from Townline came out, surveyed the three problem areas, told me frankly that one could not be salvaged and would have to be redone completely, discussed the problems with the second area, and said her company could do exactly what I wanted with the stepping stones and haul away the excess stones for $200. She told me frankly that fixing the other two areas would cost a lot of money. I opted to get just the stepping stones fixed (as they were a hazard).
The work was done promptly and efficiently, and the stones are solidly in place now.
