Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. "The end job was excellent.  They came every day, stayed all day until the job was finished.  We are very happy with the finished product.  However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished.  By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly  installing all the shoe  molding.  They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing.  They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price. I do <br /> recommend them justmake sure you include everything you want  written in the contract."

"Installers did not come on time, two hours late. Then they had to validate that we paid Empire, which took an hour. The estimate of work was totally wrong, we were supposed to get a floating floor but the installers said they could not do that So they instead did a complete teardown of the existing floor and removed all the old tiles. The quarter round was included in the price of the materials but was never installed because we did not get a raised (floating) floor. So I think I was overcharged for the materials which were not used. I spoke to a number of persons at Empire about such issues without any resolution to my satisfaction. Besides all the problems encountered we do like the floor and it nice looking."

"Pipe broke and the whole kitchen had to be torn down to the studs and completely rebuilt. Installed new sound deading insulation new cabinets counter tops sink and faucet Plus installed new floor and snd trim They did a beautiful job and I will hire them again . They also cleaned up great "
