"Project started on time. Shingles were delivered in a truck that was too large to get under trees over drive so they needed to placed on ground and manually carried up on ladders. Supplier stated that Infinity should have informed them of the site and they would have delivered with an appropriate sized truck. If I would not have been home to stop them from driving up drive, I don't know how much damage to trees and lawn would have occurred. My biggest criticism was the lack of supervision on site. Before we signed on, I was told that there would be full time supervision. The project manager showed up a few times during the day but did not stick around to supervise the workers. Each time I went outside I asked who was in charge, never got the same name. Individuals came and left, no consistent supervisor that reviewed the work approach and quality. On our roof, siding needed to be cut to install new flashing. They had no process to cut the siding. Not even a line was not struck, a jig was not used and the result was butchered siding, that they would have just filled with excessive calk. The project manger did not do or say anything about the quality, they would have collected their money and left if I did not object forcefully and withheld payment. The crews did not protect the gutters and damaged three sections severely when carrying up the shingles. Cleanup was generally good, some minor damage to shrubs but within reason. The good news was that they did respond with corrective repairs. Their siding crew replaced the heavily butchered siding and their gutter crew replaced the damaged gutters , so in the end we were satisfied and paid the bill in full. The process was more stressful than it should have been. If I did it again I would require a commitment in writing on a full time supervisor, the same one from start to finish."

"I highly recommend Ridge Top Exteriors. I worked with Eric Foster and Brian Baker. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Out of the bids I obtained they were the only company that offered to come back out and review the bid to make sure I understood it and to answer any questions I had. Eric the project manager was on sight when the roof work started and again when it finished. Their crew was fast and clean. They may of not been the lowest bid I received but was extremely happy I choose them based on service and quality of work. Being in service industry myself, I always say you get what you pay for. "The team at PZ Construction is extremely thorough. Paul (the owner) performed an inspection which included both the outside of the house and accessible attic spaces. He provided the most detailed estimate of any of the contractors which included descriptions and materials for each phase of work. The crew was very diligent during the project and performed a daily cleanup of all waste material, etc. All of the copper work is done on site and the team provided picture updates of the various stages of work. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work performed and will likely use PZ for any future needs."

"Ronnie came out to look at the job and knew immediately why the window had cracked. The price to replace it was very reasonable and the replacement was completed in less than half an hour. Ronnie also went above and beyond in explaining the different types of glass I could use and tested the adjoining windows to make sure they were low E-glass, which is what he recommended for the picture window. My only criticism is the communication with the office. It took longer than expected to get a return call."
