The prep process recommended for our driveway, to dig out the dirt and prepare the foundation for the asphalt putting several layers of crushed stone and level it. 2. The process to cut into the road. 3. The price. It took 7 weeks for them to show up, but it was worth the wait! What a great investment!! Excellent crew, efficient. Joe is a book of knowledge! "I was extremely pleased with Martin Paving and the work they performed. I hired them to pave my 86 year old moms driveway so that she would be able to walk safely on her driveway and not twist her ankle. The Martin team came in and worked like synchronized bees unloading equipment and stripping the driveway in preparation for the base, followed by the pavement. Mom clapped when they arrived and wanted to watch from start to finish. Because of their experience, they were able to complete the entire job in less than four hours….and what a fantastic job it is. When they were finishing up, each team member played a role in the clean up and let the road and yard without a trace other than the beautiful pavement. Mom was just so excited and today she walked several laps around her 30 x 50 driveway just for the exercise. "We contacted Richard regarding the job, and had a quote back within the week - good quote.  He quickly responded to any questions  we had, and scheduled the work.  They completed the demo in one day, a few days before the cabinets showed up - if I had to do this again, I would hold off on the demolition until the cabinets were in, as it is difficult to live without a kitchen, especially with children.  It took approximately two weeks for the kitchen to be completed, with slight delays due to a damaged cabinet, time for the new countertops to set, appliance delivery, etc.  One hitch developed when the dishwasher was hooked up incorrectly, and water ran into my basement - I called Richard, and once I got through the answering service, he contacted the plumber, and we resolved the problem immediately over the phone, and the plumber was at my house at 8 the next morning ( a Saturday of a holiday weekend) to permanently fix the problem.  At the end of the two weeks, we had a great new kitchen, well installed, and we were thrilled!"
