"The windows came out great. My only negative feedback would be that when the screens were removed, the external window wrap was scrapped on a couple of windows. I'll need to do touch-up paint on those spots. Also left quite a bit of spotting on the deck (had just had that power washed) from drips due to the broad brush used to wash the exterior windows."

"Brian worked with us for about 12 months on scheduling the project as we had significant exterior repairs to porches and trim due to winter damage. He assisted us on paint selection (many different shades) and ultimately we choose a slighly darker shade than was currently on the home. Brian's attention to detail was evident on the finished product. The pallette of Grey is crisp against the bright white trim, and the moldings and bead board ceilings of the porches appear to jump out in detail. Brian was willing to work around repair projects and move on to other areas of the home, while repairs to trim occurred. Some sections of the home were beyond the reach of ladders and Brian rented a Boom Lift to assist with these higher areas. The work took 3-4 weeks, which was a bit longer than some of the quotes we received from larger companies; however, Brian's attention to detail and willingness to work with us on our schedule were welcomed. We would reccomend him to anyone looking for a good value, and great attention to detail. <br />"

"Tyler was very professional and answered all my questions. As well a bring up concerns that that I should have about the care of ones roof. We were able to create a plan for my roof over the phone. This made it easy to schedule the work at our connivence. He described the process and chemicals being used; and their effect on my plants and cedar shingles. He did explain that it may take 2 to 3 months for the roof to become completely clean. But assured that he could come back in a few months if wanted to get the roof rinsed off with a hose and not a high pressure washer. I’m looking forward to a clean roof."

"He did a great job on my leather recliner which had not been cleaned since purchase (4-5 years ago). Also removed some tar like spots on my couch that I hadn't been able to do myself. The rug came out beautiful. He was at my home right on time and it took about 1 hr and a half for a full couch, a love seat, a leather chair and the living room carpet. Even though I didn't ask, he also did some of the stairs going up. He was very pleasant and did a great job. Everything was completely dry by the next morning. I would definitely hire Master-Clean again."
