"We are so happy we hired Dennis for our job! It started as a simple quote for removing some excess dirt we had, and he pointed out we "might as well put him to work while he's there". As a next step in our project, we also needed an area churned up/tilled. He showed up with a dump truck and his skid steer. Once he was done hauling the dirt away, he worked for about another half hour churning up the remaining area with his skid steer - he clearly has a lot of experience!! He was working the machine like it was an extension of his hands, went right up to our fence, landscaping rocks, and bushes, and never touched any of them. "Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
