"The whole process went smoothly, I chose Gutter Gaurds because I needed to have new gutters installed as well as gutter gaurds. Their salesman took time to explain all the different aspects of their product vs. others and from there we were able to discern that Gutter Gaurds of America would be doing the job. "I couldn't be happier with the new roof.  I have had several people stop by my house to ask "what kind of roof is that.  It looks great."  While the cost was high (about 3 times replacing with shingles) the fact that this is the last time I will need to deal with my roof made it very worthwhile. My only real complaint is actually with FedEx.  They delivered the materials and I did not notice they had damaged one of the cases.  I was very pleased with how Roofing Inc. dealt with the issue.  I was also pleased with the guys that did the work.  It took a little longer than they estimated but it rained the week they did the work, so I will cut them some slack. They did a good job with the clean-up.  A few weeks after the work, I did find some little pieces of the metal roofing around but overall, I was pleased with how they left things.  RoofingInc. called after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied.  
A word of caution, I did not have gutters when I got the roof.  They are definitely needed.  I have since installed gutters and now I welcome the rain!"
