"Dan came out and did a preliminary estimate. We talked about what I needed, which was mainly removing all the dead plants, leveling the yard, planting some new bushes, putting in a drip system for those bushes, and laying down rock. There was some other odd work, like removing a satellite dish stand and a concrete slab. We wanted a walkway that ran all the way from the patio to the front gate. He suggested that we purchase the pavers for the walkway and he would pick them up for a small charge. Then his guys came out and did the work. They did a really nice job, they cleaned up everything. They generally kept things very clean and tidy throughout the 3 days they worked in my yard. I had gotten an estimate from another company and they would have charged over $1500 more than DLC."

Once we gave him the overall concept for the renovation of the front yard, he took it from there. He worked with our association and started the job a little early.
