He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

They listened to us, willing to accommodate our ideas, but also give us realistic suggestions based on the budget. John always trying to save money for our project, to control the budget. They are honest, friendly, genuine, respectful, responsive with great remolding experience and knowledge. Like I read from other Busy Bee's customer reviews, John himself handle electric stuff and others. They worked very hard and showed up every day. Even our neighbors made the comment that "your contractor showed up every day!". We became friends during the project. I would recommend busy bee to my friends, to everyone, and will definitely have the crew come back for any future projects. "Went ok, definitely not great. There were several areas that were poorly finished or incomplete. There were items installed incorrectly or installed without approval. The contractor often pushed back on homeowner requests. Currently the bathroom drywall is growing a fungus, toilet seat is falling off and unfinished areas remain. He says his work is guaranteed, but last time he was here to see the bubbling drywall fungus he told us to scrape it off and repaint it on our own."
