"Jeff Veglia and his team did a great job on my condo renovation after we suffered extensive damage from a water leak. The project included a complete kitchen remodel, custom cabinets, plumbing, electrical, ceramic tiles, and all new plaster walls. Also replaced were dining room, living room and bedroom hardwood floors, and new plaster ceiling and vinyl flooring in the basement. "Great job - great price!  Bill did a fantastic job cleaning out all the house gutters and my house is rather large, so he had to climb up to 2-3 roof areas with the highest being third story.  While on one roof, he even washed the kitchen window for me, because I couldn't access it from inside the house. Otherwise, I would have had to climb over the deck railing onto the roof to do it myself.  He made recommendations for a particularly challenging area where a downspout needs to be reworked,  He also recommended a roofer who will be providing me with an estimate this week. I never felt like he was in a hurry, even though he did have another job to go to.  He took the time to walk around the house with me and answer my questions. 
 Bill is professional, thorough and has a great personality.  I recommend hiring him."

"Sanfer was the general contractor and worked on the project diligently. He was very responsive throughout the project. Painting and plastering was outsourced to a sub contractor. However, Sanfer’s crew worked on remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. There were some delays as we made changes in scope of the work. Overall, I was happy with their work."

"Pedro Quissanga was wonderful throughout the process. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. We recommend Crystal Renovations without reservation and have several neighbors using them now for small-to-medium sized projects."
