"Unfortunately I have been ghosted by the owner, Anthony, twice. I would agree with some prior reviewers when Anthony is first contacted, he calls back and shows up when agreed. However, after three service calls, it was nine weeks without any communication (call or text) regarding the work that had been discussed on the last call that needed completion. I had to reach out to him and gave him a second chance. So.... after discussing his nine weeks of ghosting and what I expected going forward, he not only ghosted me again without any communications but this time, I did not hear from him for 14 weeks, which during that time, I was without electricity in my basement and he was aware of this and had agreed to return for this job. I reached out to him again and ended his services. Of note, this is my first review and felt strongly enough to write it to help others know while deciding on his/her electrical jobs."

"Five minute repair that could have been explained to me on phone. Instead they send a repairman to literally tighten a screw and charge me $179 for a service call. Less than five minutes work and the screw came loose again, so I put thread lock on the screw and permanently fixed the problem. This probably should have been done during installation. This sort of work is a ripoff and I will never call for service again. The lifetime warranty is on the equipment, they will still hit you hard for a service charge. I fully retract my previous evaluation. This not a service, it is a money machine designed to get every penny they can, even if the equipment was done poorly. (a screw that keeps backing out is always locktited in the machine world, I know, I did it for years)."
