They were prompt and courteous. The arrived on time and went thru my requests. My only problem was, that he had quoted me about 12 downspouts for the house. when finished, they had only put in 5 or 6 and I truly believe that there should have been more. I get huge downpours at certain corners where spouts should have been installed ( or so are my thoughts). Because the rains pour so hard, they pull all the leaves down to the corners and then they bunch up and prevent any other rains from going into the gutters. THUS  heavy  runoff at many corners over the tops of the gutters. The results are that the water splatters on the steps or ground below, splashing against the windows and doors, which causes rot.

The leaves still to be removed on a regular basis to enable the openings to be free of debris. We don't have to pull the garbage from the inside of the gutters, but it still has to be removed from the heavy load areas. I really would like about 3-4 more downspouts to handle the heavier rains.

I think now, after more than a year, I'd have to pay dearly to install more downspouts. If you read this, Kevin, please call me.
