"I got an initial email that they would schedule with me soon. After 11 days, I emailed to ask if they had done the treatment. It apparently occurred a few days after that. I wasn't home when they came. I still don't know if they came for the 2nd treatment. Not enough communication. The grass does look better than usual though."

"Despite the very rainy month of May, Mark and his crews worked around the weather and did a fantastic job. The paver walkway, enlarged step and porch are just what we wanted. The bluestone walkways are better than expected. The sod was fresh cut and installed the same day and has really taken hold and looks like it has always been there. Mark is very easy to work with and his crews WORK! I never once saw any of his crew talking or texting on their cell phones (unlike other lawn and landscaping outfits I have seen in our area). They cleaned up every day and were very respectful of our property. I am very pleased with the work and happy we picked Marks Lawn and Landscaping. Before starting the project we settled on a vision of what we wanted. I then called 8 different landscapers and quickly narrowed it down to four. After seeing their proposals we further narrowed it down to two. My wife and I spent a weekend going over both proposals and visiting landscape suppliers to check out the different pavers and other materials. We picked Mark's outfit and and now that the work is done know we made an excellent choice. P.S. My wife has already started a "list" for the next time we call him."

"My trees were in great need of care after having been neglected for quite a while.  The team was late getting to our house but they performed excellent work.  They left the area relatively clean considering they cut branches out of every single tree.  We also had a dead tree removed and two stumps ground.  The only concern I have is that I called after the service to ask why they had not applied any protective coating to the larger branches that had been cut off.  They returned the call and my sister answered the phone while babysitting my kids.  They tried to explain to my sister why the product had been applied to the tree and she told them that they would have to call back and speak with me.  I called back that afternoon and explained in a voice mail that the issue was not that they had used the coating, the issue was that they had not used it.  I tried calling twice more to speak with someone and my calls were not returned.  Hopefully my trees are not harmed from insects or disease considering there are so many open wounds.
