Once we settled on Baumann's Landscaping as our contractor, we called Rick and the crew were out the next morning promptly at 9am. We were expecting two days of work to clear the brush, but they completed the job in 4 hours. The crew went above and beyond, killing vines choking our trees, mulching all the deadfall, and pushing the brush line all the way back beyond the trees (we live on Maryland wetlands). "I have had American Lawn and Tree Specialists for 5 years. I absolutely love them. Mr. Perry is top notch and does an exceptional job. He knows his stuff and does more than the big box fertilizing companies. He always goes above and beyond. Sometimes I don't get my leaves up before the last treatment and Mr. Perry will blow the leaves to the sidewalk and proceed with the treatment. The big box companies just sprayed overtop of the leaves. Mr. Perry also educated me on yellow nutsedge, which he kindly kills out of my yard to keep it healthy. Whenever I have have a question or a concern, he responds immediately. You can't go wrong with this company. They are exceptional at what they do."

"Overall, I am happy with B.O.G lawn service. The only frustration I've had to this point is that I have it documented in my profile for service to be conducted at a certain timeframe in the day. I have a dog walker come anytime between 12pm - 2pm and because the weed control may not have dried by that time I have requested my service be performed early in the morning or late afternoon. Everytime I am scheduled for service I call the office to double check where I am in the routing and everytime it is a time the may interfere when the dog walker comes over. Again - overall I'm happy with the quality of the product and how far my lawn has come since starting B.O.G but there's some room for improvement with implementing customer requests for service."

"The three men team worked at the end of the day around 5PM for 1hr and a quarter , they are efficient so they did trim quite a few dead and over grown branches,  I am pleased at the result, I will hire them again...  they are very busy....I am glad they are doing regular lawn services for me now."

"My trees were in great need of care after having been neglected for quite a while.  The team was late getting to our house but they performed excellent work.  They left the area relatively clean considering they cut branches out of every single tree.  We also had a dead tree removed and two stumps ground.  The only concern I have is that I called after the service to ask why they had not applied any protective coating to the larger branches that had been cut off.  They returned the call and my sister answered the phone while babysitting my kids.  They tried to explain to my sister why the product had been applied to the tree and she told them that they would have to call back and speak with me.  I called back that afternoon and explained in a voice mail that the issue was not that they had used the coating, the issue was that they had not used it.  I tried calling twice more to speak with someone and my calls were not returned.  Hopefully my trees are not harmed from insects or disease considering there are so many open wounds.
