It needed new coping stone, water line tile, skimmer, and new plaster to get it back to new condition. "I actually had this done two years ago. Dave at Allegro was very customer-focused. His work crews were on time, got the job done as quickly as could be expected, and left the area very clean when finished. Two years later and the pool still looks like new -- as it should, I guess. My recommendation: If you are doing a plaster pool remodel, get the Diamond Brite surfacing (quartz crystals infused in the plaster). It looks better, and the plaster will last longer because it is reinforced by the quartz aggregate as opposed to just plain plaster). It's an extra $3,000 upgrade for my size pool, but I think it will be well worth it."

"SBC did a fantastic job building me a new deck and re-paving the patio area underneath. Justin was great in coming out to measure the area and discuss options for both the deck and the patio. Steve's teams did a wonderful job with the work itself. Everything was done exactly as stated and the end product was exactly what I had hoped it would be. The reason for this not being a 5 start review is two-fold. First, all of the work was scheduled at the last minute, with less than 24 hours notice of when the teams would be out to deliver materials or do the work. Luckily this didn't end up being an issue, but it could be difficult if you're trying to schedule explicitly around the project. Second is the difficulty in getting the final piece of work completed, for installing an exterior electric outlet. It took an extra month after the completion of all other work to get that done. If electrical work is required, I'd recommend contracting that externally to SBC."
