Chris Luby was one of the first people we contacted because of the great reviews from the past. His response was quick and personal. Before we found Troy, we had other box store installers refuse to take up the old laminate, while acknowledging the likelihood of bumps and bubbles without pulling up. Troy didn't flinch! He knew it was best to remove the old stuff and start with new sub-flooring, even if it meant the job would be more difficult for him. Troy finished in a timely fashion, and it's beautiful...no bumps or bubbles!"
