"The owner was prompt, personable, and explained choices and options very well. We chose to go with Stronghold even though we thought their price was a little high. The project was delayed very slightly because the trim color we selected was discontinued and we had to make another selection. The supplies were delivered and covered before installation. The installation was completed efficiently. One small piece at the gable end either fell or was not installed and we were not completely satisfied with the dormer wrapping. When he came for inspection of the finished project, the owner readily agreed with us and sent his crew back to fix it. They did a really nice job and the yard clean-up was impeccable.
