They were able to perform termite, radon, and a home inspection for me in a very short window of time without compromising on any attention to detail. Our inspector was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and really impressed my dad (and its hard to impress him as he is a mechanical engineer who has an extensive amount of experience in the home-buying and inspecting process). The inspector was also punctual and thorough, he left no stone unturned, making sure my fiance and I were well aware of any issues with the house. The report and resulting pictures were easy to understand and helped us out a lot during our negotiation process. NextDay inspect even went the extra mile of sending us manuals to help us understand how to fix certain things and what things to look for in house FREE OF CHARGE. They even took a time to send my fiance and I a handwritten "thank you" note!
