Ryan from Peak Roofing immediately put in a temporary fix on the roof and in the attic above the dining room, coordinated the roof repair, drywall and painting repair, and was present when the insurance adjuster inspected the damage. As repairs were underway and the almost inevitable hidden damages showed up, Ryan coordinated directly with the insurance company to cover the additional costs. That "coordination" included substantial effort on his part including providing detailed drawings and line item costs. My experience with Peak Roofing was genuine "Super Service" in every respect. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. "I contacted references prior to interview/site inspection -  all reference were very happy with contractor, but none of them had any insurance work done.   <br /> Interview was favorable except the contractor did verify that he does not do much if any insurance work.   <br /> The real problem was the inspection of the damage and his repair strategy.  First of all, despite the fact that his office insisted that I provide them a copy of the insurance company estimate ? he had not even looked at it prior to the appointment.  He had not read the detailed engineers report that outline the corrective action needed.   <br /> His suggested approach to repair the damage did not follow the engineer?s recommendation.  Needless to say I did not have this contractor provide an estimate.   <br /> Based on his references, he does great work for remodeling where he is in control of all aspects of the job.  Would not recommend for insurance work were he would be required to work with the insurance company / engineers in meeting recommended repair strategies."
