"Replaced deteriorated exterior siding where needed, installed several new double pane windows, replaced old carpeting with new hardwood floors, coordinated subcontractors for electrical repairs and interior house painting. All work was done professionally and to our satisfaction. Very impressed with Cody's quality management. He inspected all work by his team as well as the subcontractors to verify that the work was done correctly and to his satisfaction. "Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

He showed me the product that DaBella was offering and the differences in other siding materials. He worked very hard to make the siding replacement quote affordable and fit all of our needs. "We were impressed with the professionalism and the look of the house when they were done. They provided any paint product you preferred. We decided on Benjamin Moore cuz we liked the specific gray color they offered. The crew showed up on time and we're done in a day and a half. The quote included some trim on the outside around the garage end roof Peaks that we had repainted green because the old beige color was fading. They also touched up corner of the living room ceiling strip where I had splashed gold it's when we last painted saving us from having to repaint the whole ceiling and the match was perfect. Also repainted the back of the metal front door which was old and dirty looking and the bottom of the fireplace which also needed freshening up from its dirty white color. I asked them to cleanup or touch up some previous paint left or from an old paint job and they did so so on that but I'm not complaining. For the price, lack of family inconvenience, and overall finished product we could not have done better. They were considerably cheaper than two of our beds which made my wife nervous but she needn't have been, they did a great job."

"DO NOT HIRE!!! After a very long and informational sales pitch reminiscent of an auto salesman..we wwere very pressured to sign a contract then and there.... During the roof install the workers broke our porch light off, and even though they haphazardly put it back up the lens was broken. After a week or so I finally managed to speak with install manager and they promised me a check 2 weeks ago since I complained and sent them pictures, but I still had to call and not get any response . They are sure prompt and pushy when they are trying to get you to sign their contract, but a simple thing like a repair/replace what they broke is impossible. ALSO, 3 1/2 years later, having an upstairs room water damaged wall and part of ceiling finally replaced, we discovered the ceiling plywood sheathing underneath shingles has NOT BEEN TAKEN OUT AND REPLACED - IT WAS WATER DAMAGED AND MOLDY. This is completely unacceptable, but what can you do when you discover this 4 years later!! The roof is good, but for the price and dealing with these people you can do much much better...."
