You pay monthly for all weeks out of the year, so even if it snows, you have to pay for them to come out, but, from what I understand, they still will clean up the leaves and all that kind of stuff. "We went all season last year with one whole line in our system broken.  I wasn't going to go through another season with it still not working.  I called Gabriel's on a Friday in the late afternoon.  Efron came out to give an estimate on Saturday.  The repair was done on Monday.  I was aware of a broken valve and one broken sprinkler head in one line.  In the process of the repair Efron found another broken sprinkler head in a separate line in the system.  He fixed all three problems in the same visit.  He did a great job.  The system works like a charm.  Great guy to work with.  He's very helpful, very friendly."

Dog on the Job LLC took a look at the front and back yards, gave me a quote, and when they did the work, they did an AMAZING job. My property looked GREAT. They really came through for me. Their yard work entailed digging up 3 trees, trimming the bushes, removing blackberry from my vines, cleaning up the walkway, cleaning up the small water feature, cleaning up the flower bed from all the weeks/grass, cleaning up another larger garden bed from all the tall plants and weeds, and pressure washing the back patio. The quality of the service I got was definitely worth what I paid for the work. I will definitely be using them on future yard jobs and I highly recommend them for any yard work anyone has!"

"Price increased from quote due to going under driveway with sprinkler line. That should have been part of the quote. as I thought it was, and not added on later. Poor follow through with commitments. I was told I would be shown how to winterize the system and then what to do in the spring startup. Neither of these happened. Upon turning the system on this spring, several stations would not work. Before I knew what was wrong with my new system, I texted the owner and told him some stations would not work. The owner said he would be out to fix it. After waiting for two days I decided to see if I could fix it myself. The problem was the wiring had lost its connections due to splices being made and buried in the dirt rather than being put in the box where they would be protected from weather. After I re-wired and installed two little boxes to protect the splices, the system worked. This spring the lawn was getting dead spots due to not have good coverage. After the wiring problem encountered and lack of response, I decided to have someone else fix the system. They split one station into two and redid the sprinkler heads because they were not evenly spaced for adequate coverage. One station was split into two due to not having enough water pressure to run all the heads at the same time. I have beat myself up many times for the choice of this company. With what I have had to do to fix things, it was just not money well spent."
